After tragically losing both of my parents only three months apart last year, my perspective on life completely changed. That season deepened my faith, strengthened my purpose, and pushed me to finally follow my heart and start my own business. Welded Soul Co. offers private events including bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, girls’ nights, family gatherings, and other intimate in-home parties. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply gathering with the people you love most, permanent jewelry creates a fun, memorable experience your guests will never forget.
How do private parties work?
Hosting a permanent jewelry party is easy and fun!There is no minimum number of guests required because life happens, and we understand that plans can change for your guests. However, a minimum of 8 pieces purchased is required to qualify as a private party. Children under 12 count as ½ piece, as they receive 50% off their jewelry.As a thank-you for hosting, you'll receive a complimentary bracelet valued up to $80.
Once your party is booked, a party contract will be emailed to you and must be signed before your event date is officially secured.

What is permanent jewelry?
Whether you're looking for a bracelet (or a few!), an anklet, or a necklace, permanent jewelry is custom fit to you and welded together without a clasp. Simply choose from our high-quality metals—solid 14K gold, solid 10K gold, gold filled, or sterling silver—and we'll size your piece perfectly before creating a seamless, clasp-free design.
The welding process is completely safe and painless. With just one quick spark, your custom piece is complete and ready to wear!
Do I have to remove my jewelry for airports or medical procedures?
No worries—permanent jewelry won't cause any issues when traveling. You can wear it through airport security, government buildings, and most venues that require security screening.
For medical procedures, many providers now allow permanent jewelry to remain on by having you sign a waiver, but every facility has its own policies. We recommend checking with your surgeon or medical provider beforehand.
If your jewelry does need to be removed, simply cut it at the jump ring that connects the chain. Welded Soul Co. offers re-weld services so your jewelry can be reattached once you're ready.
Is permanent jewelry really permanent?
Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn every day, but like any fine jewelry, it isn't indestructible. It can catch, pull, or snag during everyday activities. With proper care, however, your jewelry should last for years.
At Welded Soul Co., we use only high-quality metals, which means your jewelry will resist tarnishing and dulling much better than plated jewelry.
If you're looking for the most durable, tarnish-resistant option, solid 10K or 14K gold is the best investment. Sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry can be more susceptible to harsh chemicals and hard water over time. If your jewelry will have frequent exposure to pools, hot tubs, hard water, or chemicals, we recommend upgrading to solid gold.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.

Policies/Refunds
At Welded Soul Co, we offer a 30-day weld guarantee. If your jewelry separates at the weld point within 30 days of your appointment, please contact us through our website to schedule a complimentary re-weld. Your original chain must be brought back with you, as replacements are not included.
While we use high-quality, durable materials, permanent jewelry still requires proper care. Please keep in mind that finer, more delicate chains are naturally more fragile and should be treated gently.
We are unable to provide free replacements, refunds, or discounts for jewelry that has been lost, stretched, snagged, or damaged outside of the weld point. Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final once the chain has been measured and cut.
